I ordered these creams for my wife for a 14 day trial. There was a claim that results would be seen within 7 days. No result was seen in 8 days and my wife asked what the cost of this moisterizer was and I told her approxiamately $95/month. She said return it because she can get equal or better products for under $30.
I called the toll free line and cancelled the order after 8 days and they said there would be a restocking fee of $9.95 when I returned the product. She told me I must return the products. I told the rep that the terms did not say there was a restocking fee. She told me she woud consult with a supervisor to see if they would waive the fee. She came back on the line and told me they would waive the fee and not to return the product. I wasn't surprised as an open package would be worthless for resale and dangerous for reuse(bacteria, spoliage, etc.)
So, the product cost $4.95. My wife will use the remainder because it is free. Anyway, the skincare bottle is a cool container for other creams for travel.
Besides my wifes objection to keeping the product at the high price, I had been fooled before by these schemes and would have cancelled anyway to avoid a dispute at the nth date.
My message: Don't fall for these scams. There is nothing "free" in this world.
