Enviro-Tek Undelivered Products! Understandable, at first. Thereafter Willfully and Completely Ignoring to Respond! Only a Simple Letter Would Do! Yet Nothing So Far! Nearing a Year! UNDELIVERED PRODUCT!


AUTO REPAIR SHOP, SHOPS, OWNERS, POTENTIAL DISTRIBUTORS, THAT USES, ENVIRO-TEK, BE AWARE, READ, FIRST, BUYER BE AWARE!

How can this Company get away with this? Still a businessman? What About My Company? How many others will he hurt again?


A specific product line Engine Flush of a larger order was not included in the initial shipment placed 11/11/08. Received a promise that will have DELIVERY & PAID by end of Feb 2009. Not only had No Delivery Honored Yet! Has become a Head Game! The Most Annoying Fact is That There is No Explanation of Any Kind Given Ever  So Far For This Action!




Personal Request!


Doubled amount of my initial investment is requested as damages, not just simply the undelivered product! Or its face value.


How it all started!

With over 27 years hands on experience in auto industry, at doctor request to get off my feet, bending over fenders for prolonged hours.


Without any local distributors, personally used for years, introduced by a friend, familiar with its functions, and capabilities.  I had decided to become a representative with this company Enviro-Tek.

The company indeed has an excellent product, with over 45 years in business.

The original Founder/Engineer has retired before I come on board. His son Mark is still in charge!
 
In order to become a distributor I had to invest $18,000.00 to get started.

This has allowed me a designated area only "territory" Agreed!

I have refinanced my home!


With out any financial support from Enviro-Tek. A Wholesale Manufacturing Chemical Company, become impossible to work the PO system. Had become a challenge to get in to the big dealerships.

I had established well over 100 Mom & Pops accounts.

The next challenge begun when no reorders have taken place, well over 90% of auto repair shops still had product. Some even after years. Anyway!


The real big issues of the company!

I named them BLOWS!



BLOW #1

The Submitted a Few 23 Paged Pamphlets for review to this Large Corporation were Completely misprinted in Regard of Product Informaton!

THE SCRIPT ON EVERY PAGE WAS RELATING TO THE SAME one PRODUCT, ONLY THE PICTURES VARIED!

Fine Details!


After years of pavement pounding.

Feb 2006.
After years of usage of product this very reputable and well established Auto Repair Facility had a high level of interest in quality product for a large distribution (state wide) and was interested in Private Labeling and bulk price orders!

After months of planning Mr. Mark had come in town. And somehow manages to completely blow it all.

The ACTUAL SUBMITED PAMPHLETS were COMPLETELY MISSPRINTED!
Not that the excuses used as being sick where unadmisable. (Coughing, Sneezing, etc.)



BLOW#2

A large National Chain Company had interest in our product for their stores Nationally.

1) I have heard mostly only excuses from Mark instead of positives that are a waste of time, sponsoring a booth, etc. He knows it all. The party's information was forwarded by e-mail to Mark. "A BIG MISTAKE"

2) Statement: -Even if somehow this account was to be acquired, the established regional area distributors will get the credits. BLAH... BLAH.. BLAaa...Stated by Mark!

3) After that I have never heard from this National Chain Company! Now I Know Why!


BLOW#3

1) Acknowledgment from mark on Nov 30, 2008 at 11:41 PM an email, stating:
Sorry about the engine flush not arriving. I was my fault, I will ship it UPS at my cost.

In less than 3 Months after the Undelivered Product without any warning or reason the communication has completely seized from Mark.

After numerous tries of multiple means communication finally a reply received on Fri, Apr 24, 2009 at 2:17 PM with following statement:
 


Your credit will reach you within 7 days.


 


Your email is very threatening, please do not allow any comments from you or your


company to effect the financial viability of Envirotek.

Looks like you have done a great job! Mark!


Looks like you wanted it to end. And it did,


I had no choice and had to play the way you want it!


Now that you let it to go this far and has become public information. I have demand for you to pay up for your actions!


Double my initial investment Mark!


And still I believe that this is a small price to pay. Or leave it o the public to decide!


I had a commitment to keep! Orders and a high demand for this undelivered product "Engine Flush" from 3 accounts at least.

In the month of May I rejected his refund Ck and sent it back with a letter that's not what we have agreed for. PRODUCT DELIVERRY or an
EXPLANATION LETTER is DEMANDED!

If only I would be informed of whatever the situation that may be? I am sure it would been workable and understood.

There are no excuses for no communication, especially for no reason at all.

Now with almost one year ago. Completely left in the dark. There are no words to express my feelings.

I feel worse than if I was molested, violated, or even driven over by a Mack Truck!



My Business is Now Completely In The Air!

WHAT BUSINESS?


THANKS TO 1 man from ENVIRO-TEK named MARK!



This is simply Irreparable with a life's savings and hard work being taken away!
For what reason? Will I Ever Know?

NOBODY SHOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO TREAT ANYBODY WITH THIS KIND OF DISRESPECT AND TO STILL BE PROUD OF THEMSELF WITHOUT PAY!

I believe in judgment day! There is a much bigger person than us out there
