Complaint Review: Environmental Products International Inc.

My mother was called at home. They told her about the septic tank cleaner to try, if it didn't wok she could return it. She gave me the bill to pay I wanted to know what it was for, so I called . When the lady answered the phone she did not say anything until I said hello. I asked what it was for she answered pour down the commode to flush it out. I told I need to return it she said it was to late ,it only had been about two weeks. I told her she took advantage of a 80 year old lady. She told me if did't pay it would be turn over to a collection agency, I haven't paid yet the order was in July 2015. No collection letter yet.
