I quit with this company 11 June 2019 due to moral objections.  They told me they get to keep my commissions because it is written in my contract yet  I am unable to find that in the contract.

After dozens of calls and messages, management’s response was this: “Reps no longer with the company are not paid commissions. This is in the compensation section of the employment agreement. And it is due to the ongoing servicing and resources that go into every project.”

However; The salesman have nothing to do with the resources that go into finishing the project. The only thing remaining to be done is for the finance company to complete their and the city/state/power company certifications to be done for the project which is handled solely by the project manager. The salespeople have nothing to do with anything after the sale other than public relations with the customer.

Regardless, there were phases of the jobs that were completed before I quit and they will not pay me on those either. I am unsure of the exact dollar amount but I know that it is well over $3000.

Filed complaint with Oklahoma Labor Commission and Texas Attorney General

After further review of my records, I quickly discovered that I am owed $5,126 instead of the previous number of $3,200. I have filed a complaint with the Oklahoma Labor Board and received a case number as well as the Texas State Attorney General and received a case number on that as well. Both statuses are pending
