I responded to an impressive video showing amazing results with the initial application of a skin care product that was endorsed by Shark Tank. When the product arrived it was not the same as what i witnessed on the video. There is not invoice or information how to reach the company. I was to be charged $3.95 for sample product but was charged more on my credit card statement. Please advise.
