I would have to say that all of the practices perpitrated by this company, that have previously been reported on this site, have also been experienced by myself.
The company's advertisement stated that a trial of one cream, was being offered for the cost of shipping and handling only. I have read and re-read their advertisement over and over again, and there is no statement about future shipments of this cream.
I never did receive my trial offer of the one cream, but instead received 3 products (which I did NOT order), and a charge to my credit card of $109.00.
I am now going round and round with my bank about this charge, although I have issued a no pay to my bank.
I have been given several phone numbers for this company with one number given by my bank (1-855-563-3555). There is also a website printed on their products, but this is bogus and leads to nothing.
The mailing address is shown as a "Speciality Fulfillment Center", and my bank has told me that the charge itself came from a foreign location, outside of the USA.
The company touts its products as being made in the USA, so why would they make charges for their products, from outside the USA? The company is obviously operating under many different names, and is fraudulent. They have also tried to charge my account several different times.
I fear that without any valid contact numbers for this company, that they will continue to send me products that I do not want and did not order, while at the same time, charging my account.
I intend to contact my state's Attorney General and every other legal contact I can think of. These people need to be stopped immediately.
Many people (just from this site), are being financially hurt by this company, while the company continues to commit fraud along with Bait & Switch.
Since my bank has stated the company is a foreign entity, I intend to do even more research on them.
In the meantime, pehaps a Class Action Suit can be filed against the company, although they probably have a way of slithering out of that.
This company is a huge scam and is fraudulent. They should be stopped from selling or advertising this product, period! What legitimate seller/company has bogus phone numbers & website; making it impossible to reach them.
