Deep within the Terms and Conditions, the company has an explanation of how dispoutes are resolved:

"Dispute Resolution Policy: Any Dispute shall be resolved solely and exclusively by arbitration to be held in the British Virgin Islands by a single disinterested arbitrator and pursuant to Delaware law."

If you don't like the answer they give, you have to go to the British Virgin Islands to settle the dispute.  

Here is how you cancel your continuting orders (the subscriprion):

" ... send an email with the written subject heading "Cancellation" to cancel@envisageskinintl.com." When the Return Authorization is issued to your e-mail account, you have 14 days from the date it was issued to get the product back to Envisage.

We will not do business with this company.
