Please read the documents attached.
You must make a good
faith deposit for each of the two properties of $2500.00 each. The
deposits are refundable should you decide not to sign and join in the
process. The deposits will be refunded within seven days of receipt of
addendum upon your refusal and request. After the deposits are confirmed (on
Monday or Tuesday) you will receive an addendum stating the agreement as we
verbally spoke of. Should you decide to proceed, you will then complete
the payment (remaining balance) as per previously quoted.
