William J. Cassese partner with Greg Morrow said that they can help to settle our mortgage, they told us transfer title to the trust, they said"  our process is Benefits to You:

They request us to sign all these docs"

1) an Agreement with the Trust spelling out all of the points of our understanding (Youve already received a samplehere is an identical one thats filled out just for you)
2) an assignment of the mortgage (deed of trust) to the Trust (requires Notary)
3)a Revocation of the Power of Attorney you originally granted to the mortgage company & their trustee (requires Notary)
4) a Grant of Power of Attorney to the Trustee of your new Family Trust (requires Notary)
5) a letter that will be sent out to the homeowners or community association, notifying them of the assignment of the Property to the Trust (if you currently have an Association)
6) letters that will be sent out to the mortgage company, their predecessors and assigns, notifying them of the assignment of the mortgage to the Trust (once we are able to determine,
from the county recorders/assessors, who they are and their addresses)
7) a description of the property, including everything thats being included in the transfer

Greg Morrow said that after receive our documents their company begin process Perform Forensic Analysis  to find evidence of Illegalities or Fraud in the Deed of Trust and/or Note and the do the implement adninistative process, their adminstrative process clear the mortgage and the mortgage account is settled, if their adminstrative process did not clear the mortgage, the funder
settle the mortgage because they have evicence of Illegalities or Fraud in the Deed of Trust and/or Note and mortgage account is settled.

 Please read the documents attached.

You must make a good faith deposit for each of the two properties of $2500.00 each.  The deposits are refundable should you decide not to sign and join in the process.  The deposits will be refunded within seven days of receipt of addendum upon your refusal and request. After the deposits are confirmed (on Monday or Tuesday) you will receive an addendum stating the agreement as we verbally spoke of.  Should you decide to proceed, you will then complete the payment (remaining balance) as per previously quoted.
