This company, is part of the smart circle, which provide great opportunity if properly managed by their managers. Scott Fischer is nothing but a great manipulator and liar, he uses his employees to remain relevant, he puts their sales under his name just so he can make it to the highroller list at national level. He promises commission and bonuses, but he never pays rather he keeps telling you that, your sales werent install or cancelled. the worst part is you don't have an independent way to verify because you're told never to call back a customer to verify.

Once you step into the company, Scott and his side kick, Moses who is, in all honesty has been fair in talking about his boss, never says anything negative but you can see doubts and disatisfaction on his face, will promise you Rapid promotion and in the past year unable to promote more than one person to leadership as they call it.

An average person lasts maximum of 2 months in this company and get frustrated with the paychecks. The only person making real money in this company, is Scott himself because employees never get paid what they really work for.  He talks about money and promotion, but you never see any sign of real money. Scott knows how to manipulate and cheat his employees, he thinks he is doing a favour and is the best. He never had anything good to say about his promoting manager, but he would't want to be asked questions.

My first two weeks in the company, i gave my best and made the most sales, because i thought he was honest in his dealing after convincing me that there will be no foul play in his company, until i received my first two checks with no reflections of my bonus or comission and then he started endless explaination of how the installation were cancelled, which i later call the people to find out he was lying.

I have alot to say, but honest opion if you are looking for a career or opportunity don't waste your time with this company.

It is unfortunate that your employment with us was not successful, but often in any business you find that it isn’t for everyone. We have been proactive to reach out to our past employees to see if the person who wrote this post would come in and look at all our books, installs, deposits, etc. but so far everyone has said they have had zero involvement with this post.

It is also clear that there are several misunderstandings and/or miscommunication that have lead you to post this. Please know we will take the time to sit down with you and go over everything in black and white so you can see there is absolutely zero truth to what you believe to have taken place. We do not have the ability to be a shady business, we work with the top corporations (fortune 500 companies). That doesn’t happen by chance. It happens by being dedicated and running things 100% legit and legally.  Installations do cancel or have issues that do not allow every customer to install. We all have had this take place. If there is no install, then our office never gets paid, so there is no way for us to keep any money from a rep that completed the sale. If it comes through we pay, it is the law. If ever we didn’t do this our clients would see this in their audits and pull our contracts and we would be out of business. Believe me, they keep a strong checks and balances on every penny we get and distribute to employees.

Again, we will sit with you and go through our books to show you. If it didn’t get highlighted green in your book, we never got paid for it. Had you called customers and they stated they were installed, that needs to be brought to our attention, and we will conduct an investigation as well. We want to be paid just as much as you do. Sadly what often happens in this case is a customer will set up with us, but the rep didn’t tell them to use only our customer service to make changes to the order. When the customer contacts the client directly, in order to make those changes the clients have to set up a new order. It then reverts to their customer instead of ours. In these cases again, the office did not get paid.

Please understand, the first two paychecks reflect training. Normally a person in training doesn’t hit bonuses. It has happened but takes an exceptional person that normally has a lot of experience. People typically don’t start at the beginning of a pay period is the first reason, and installs (at the time I believe you were working) took 10-21 days to get scheduled. This means it is normal to see your first bonus around week 4-5-6 as long as the rep stayed consistent.

Pay: I pay an hourly wage always. You posted that you “never” got paid what you worked for. Every Employee has been paid out exactly what they earned and documented on their time sheets.

Lastly, your title states Extortionist, this means “a person who tries to obtain something through force or violence; a racketeer” and Pyramid Scheme meaning, “a form of investment (illegal in the US and elsewhere) in which each paying participant recruits two further participants, with returns being given to early participants using money contributed by later ones.” Understand we have never ask for a penny from any employee. We will never ask for an employee to ever pay us anything to be a part of what we do. Both of those statements are blatant lies and are in violation under the terms and conditions of ripoffreport. Do also understand such statements are considered Slander, “the action or crime of making a false statement damaging to a person's reputation.” Which is illegal.

So in closing, again we welcome you to come in or get in touch with us and see that we believe in full transparancy and that every one of your sales/installs was accounted for. I wish you the best in your future.
