Envision Ophthalmic Instruments - Vuesite - Envisionfirst - Matt Bagnell ripped me off for $15,000, fraudulent advertising, sold broken equipment as working, Livonia Michigan
Purchased a "guaranteed" "working" ophthalmic equipment package for 15K. What I received was missing parts, equipment had European wiring, broken computer componets, software that could not be opened and not supported in the US. Was told this equipment was less than 2 years old by Envision.
The manufacturing company said it was more than 6 years old and outdated. To repair the equipment and make it "in working order with current software" by the manufacturer would cost an additional $26,000. The cost of a totally new system is $40,000, so why would I pay an additional 26k to have a working used machine.
Matt Bagnell, owner of Envision said he would repair the equipement and make it working, but when I told him. I have found that he has done this same thing to others. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
