Envision ripoff dishonest could not give a straight answer each operator gave false information consumer rip-off fraud Phoenix Arizona
Envision has not sent my rebate check for the amount of $60.00.the rebate form said to allow 8 to 10 weeks to be processed it took 11 weeks. A week later they said my check was mailed on 6/5/02 allow 10 days for delivery.
Its been 12 days and did not recieve the check was mailed fron Arizona should only take a couple days. I called the rebate center they told me I would have to wait 30 days befor they could reassign a new check. I asked to speak with a supervisior and they said their is not one avaible they would have one contact me never heard from them.
