Enzo's salon Bad cut, nasty owner North royalton , Ohio
I went to enzos for a haircut. Nice place but looks are deceiving I am older and wanted a short layered cut. Nothing fancy or out if the ordinary. I showed the stylist what I wanted in a picture.
The cut was nothing like the one I showed her but it was fine with one HUGE mistake. One side was 2 inches shorter then the other. The shorter side was so short it was well above my ear! I called and the person I spoke to offered to have me come in and fix it. Because the one side was so short I don't want both sides to be that short I told her I would wait until it grew a little.
When I did go back, DJ the owner said I waited too long and they would not fix it or refund me. DJ was very rude. She said I wasn't welcome back there. Like I would key them cut my hair again?
Enzo's Is way over priced for a best cut haircut. And DJ's rudeness us abusive. I paid almost $50 CASH with tIP for a bad haircut and abuse!
Terrible place. Wouldn't take my dog there.

I would like to start off by saying that this report was not posted by a woman named Victoria it was posted by a woman named Marie Goodwin. Also this entire report was copied and pasted on here from a review from google reviews. The false allegations were originally written by a disgruntled employee from over 6 years ago that was spiteful because she was fired. The woman who posted this has a police record and has been accused of not only fraud but stealing peoples identities as far as in
California. She bounced a check at Enzo's Salon and was impossible to get a hold of to pay it. She then closed the account that the check was written for. She was told that she is unwelcome at the salon because of her police record for fraud and bad checks and because of the attempt she made to get free services here, she is posting this out of spite and nothing more. the situation was handled as professionally as possible and no one was rude. Up until the incident we were very polite and attentive to Marie, going as far as giving multiple donations to her business "Ohio Air Dogs." Google Marie Goodwin Fraud..you will find many
websites with horrible stories from other businesses regarding this woman. You can actually search Marie Goodwin on this website and find a lot of information. Enzo's Salon is a high-end and professional establishment and we care deeply about our clients and their happiness with their services. It is very unnerving that someone would go to such extremes to bad talk our business in this way as we work very hard to keep up our good reputation. Enzo's Salon and Spa is an award winning salon with multiple published works of art nationally. I feel sorry for Marie as she clearly has some issues in life. Committing fraud and theft all over the city makes it pretty clear that she is not in her right state of mind. She was recently arrested in July of this year for theft and misuse of credit cards. It is a public Cleveland record and you can find it on bustedmugshots.com. The picture she posted of the owner in her report is actually a GREATLY exaggerated "before" picture that we took for a funny before and after picture for our business's facebook page. By posting that picture it is clear this woman is hateful and spiteful. We value or clients greatly and hope that this clears up any confusion or questions.
