I went to purchase E&O coverage because I am an insurance agent and carriers require this coverage. I applied online where it clearly explains a monthly payment plan and low monthly payments. It leads the consumer to believe that one montlhy premium payment will be deducted from the account once their application is accepted and approved. nowhere did it explain the that the applicant will be billed for more than one months payment when applying and clicking to process the payment. Once your payment is accepted they will bill you for at least the first and last months payments for a yearly insurance coverage.

It appears to me that I was billed for at least three months worth of premiums at the time of applying for coverage, not one payment as they lead you to believe on their website. when I brought this to their attention, and requested a full refund, I was given the standard reply most intenret companies give for promptly refunding money as quickly as thet took it from my account, and I am still waiting for my refund. I would stay away from this deceptive company they do not disclose this practice and the true amount they are deducting from your account until after they get into your account.
