EOS Medical Spa Austin Regional Clinic Show me MY MONEY!!!! Austin, Texas
I paid for a series of 3 treatments to remove hyperpigmentation (about 2 weeks ago). I have to leave town and requested a refund for the 2 unused treatments. They told me that they have a no-refund policy.
This policy was not told to me at the time of payment, is not on the receipt and I did not see any signs when I went there. I went through 4-5 people at my first appointment, someone could have shared this with me. I am now out $700.00 and their option was that the service would never expire. This is not a great option for me when I have to go to Kentucky to care for my parents and returning to Austin is not a likelihood. I need this money.
I am surprised by this behavior because I have been there more than once and they have never shared this policy to me. In purchasing products, etc.

EOS Medical Spa has great customer service. Unfortunately they are run my Austin Regional Clinic and I got lost in corporate - who was unresponsive.
They refunded my money and were very, very kind. I tried to remove this report however RIPOFF REPORT does not allow you to remove what you have created. Which is unfortunate. They had a similar site like this in NYC that allowed you to remove once things were resolved (makes more sense).
I HIGHLY recommend this Spa and highly DON'T recommend using RIPOFF REPORT unless you are okay with these reports remaining on-line if things turn around for you.
