EPAINMEDSGLOBAL.COM This company took my money and knew they were closing down I called them on Nov 1st 2007 they told me they could not tell me when my order would arrive and they knew they were closing down they took my money and RIPPED ME OFF! I can net get a hold of them their numbers are not working, the fax numbers do not work, the company needs to know they owe me $150.62 cents and I want my money back! Orlando & Kissimmee Florida
I have used this company in the past and I notice no problems then. This Octber I had an order dated to arrive in October and when i called they just acted like it was slow and specifically said to me that "my order will be filled" but they did not know when. At this time they still said it was not a problem and they were working on it. This company took my $150.62 on Oct 11, 2007 and never shipped my order. What makes this so bad to me is the fact that they have no phones working now they have no faxes working now and I have yet to see my money back! They ripped me off and I want my money back. I do not know who I can contact because I know they are in Florida in the Orlando & Kissimmee area but I have no address I only have phone numbers that do not work. I am stuck and out my money and very upset about it. I really want to know what agency is Florida can I contact to sue this company for my money back. I am trying to get my credit card company to do a charge back but that has not happened and no one can get a hold of any person that works for epainmedsglobal.com. I want to know how can they get away with this HUGE RIP OFF? They flat out lied to me and many other people they knew that they were closing down and never let me have my money back and I am outraged! I want my money back NOW! I want to sue! I used a credit card that was pre-paid from GREENDOTONLINE.COM and if they do not refund my money with a chargeback I will report them also for ripping me off!

I don't think it will get you far though, obviously like you said they have gone out of business..........and I don't think there is much you can do about it. I got this address from the better business burea of central Florida. My order was placed on 8/21/07 and I never recieved anything. I used them for over a year and never had a problem up until now. I actually recieved an order in July with no problems, it was only delayed about a week.
