I purchased my computer for $509 from EPC Parts in Feb 03 in response to an advertisement in Army Times a special sale for military members. After a long wait for delivery the computer did arrive.

The hard drive failed in Jan 04. EPC Parts service representative authorized a return for repair under warranty. Computer was shipped on 30 Jan and EPC Parts acknowledged receipt on 10 February.

Since then EPC Parts will not respond to emails or telephone inquiries. Orange County BBB has provided little help. I have asked repetedly for return of my computer or refund. As of 1 May 04 I am still without a computer.
