EPC Parts Ripped us off not once, but twice. Canoga Park California

EPC Parts failed to send us a computer with installed upgrades that we paid for. We returned the computer, paid shipping costs of $47.00 as required by them only to have the computer returned to us. Nothing had been installed. The return box had not been opened.

After contacting several agencies for help we finally received a call from EPC Parts asking what upgrades we wanted. I returned the call, informed them of the upgrades. An email was also sent. 18 phone calls later, no response! This whole process started on April 17, 2003. When will it end? How long does it take to get the computer that has already been paid for?
