Your rebuttal is comical at best. Your threats are as empty as your lies. You are a fraud, who is desperate. Your company is based on lies. Your days of scamming the public are nearly over. I am not like many of the others that you have tried to intimidate. Reza, you do not scare me.  Bring it!

For the record Epcon Solar does not do background checks on their employees. If you lie about that Reza, then why should the public trust you about anything?

During the last 2 months Your General Manager, Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, Production Manager, Installation Manager, Permit Manager, and several others prominent employees have quit. They weren’t fired, they quit! They quit because your company is nothing but a ring of corporate thugs. If you say otherwise, that will be another lie added to your resume of deception.

Your finance manager for Epcon Solar was convicted of federal drug trafficking in June of 2012. He has access to your customers credit reports, bank accounts and social security numbers. There are not too many probation officers that would approve of his employment status. By the way Anita Chaffino is on Payroll at Epcon Solar even though she doesn’t work there. She is related to Elijah, but no one has ever seen her at the office.  Are you covering up something? Is Elijah trying to hide income from the government or his Probation officer? 

You can continue to not pay your vendors or employees, but those days will be over soon.

Reza you are as morally bankrupt as your business partners. You are bottom feeders.  You lie, steal and cheat to make money. As I am typing know this, your company is imploding. You are being investigated by several agencies and your web of distortion will be known to all.

Wow second changes are earned. Not given and when you continue to make the same mistakes and or new ones then people have all the right to say or do what they want. In this case this guy putting Mr. Elijah Lee's (Elijah Chaffino) criminal information out there and making the consumer aware of the truth. They have all the rights in the world not to be ripped of by these people and whoever they employ. All people should get a second chance. Heres the but and only when they truly feel sorry and regret for what they have done and made the true change to not commit these crimes or any other crime again. I like how blind people are when all this person was doing is speaking the truth and that truth is this compnay is treating there customers and employees past, present and probobly futuer like crap by ripping them off. All this can be backed up if somebody does enough digging and comes up with the truth and it is out there. Yes my IP address and information can be found by me doing a rebuttal Im waiting. I have nothing to hide Im doing this for all the customers that are getting ripped of right now and in the past couple of months. Where is the justice and second chance for them? These customers have not seen the installing of the solar on there house and in some cases have given the company money up front to get the solar installed and still yet to have seen it installed yet. So I may not be right in passing judgement on a company that doesnt  honor its agreements but Id rather be wrong for that then ripping customers off and wanting a second chance that I haven't deserved yet.

U.S. Attorney William J. Hochul, Jr. announced today that Elijah Chaffino, of Tempe, Arizona, pleaded guilty before Chief U.S. District Judge William Skretny to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and to distribute 50 kilograms or more of marijuana. The charge carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison and a $1,000,000 fine.

Febuary 3rd, 2012

U.S. Attorney William J. Hochul, Jr. announced today that a federal grand jury has returned an Indictment charging members of an alleged drug trafficking conspiracy with supplying large amounts of cocaine and marijuana from Arizona to the Buffalo area. Two of the defendants are also charged with money laundering. The narcotics charge carries a mandatory minimum penalty of 10 years in prison, and a maximum of life, a $10,000,000 fine or both, while the money laundering offense is punishable up to twenty years in prison, a $250,000 fine, or both.

Given that the crimes he was convicted of are so serious and so recent, the public needs to be aware. Epcon Solar doesn't do background checks and we all know he is personal friend with the owners of Epcon. They are also crooks!! Cocaine traffickers should not be finance managers dealing with the publics personal private information!! Ask 100 people and 99 of them would agree. Last warning AZ, stay away from Epcon Solar, Epcon Electric and Epcon Construction. 

 Wow your humanitarian nature is truly showing through!! No wait, scratch that. The LACK of empathy is almost discusting. So this person has a felon record...does this mean that they dont deserve a second chance to become a productive citizen? Well I guess in YOUR eyes thats true.

Unless this person is ACTUALLY commiting crimes, all you have done is air someone else past and information ONLINE!! That is harrasment. Its known as cyber bullying. Its also known as defamation of character. Two things that can get you in a lot of trouble. But you didnt think of that did you?/ No...you felt you HAD to put this persons information out on the web. Dont you think YOU would deserve a second chance if YOU made a mistake?? Because YOU need to ask yourself this. Due to the information you have WILLINGLY put out on the web, you can be sued PERSONALLY!! You gave your information when you signed up for this site and your IP address is logged each time to enter the site. So all this person has to do is get a lawyer and a court order and youre boned.

Wouldnt you WANT a second chance?? As EVERY company now does backgroud checks on all employees, im 100% sure that they know of his past. If he is working there then the felony doesnt involve money. Which means your safe.

It never ceases to amaze me at exactly how petty people like you are. Youre more then willing to put someone elses life under a microscope. Yet if the same was to be done to you, you would think it an injustice. EVERYONE deserves a second chance. Everyone makes mistakes. How very kind of you to not only put this persons name out there but where they work as well. I certainly HOPE the this individual finds this and sues you for this. Maybe a object lesson needs to be learned by you.

Then when someone else posts negativly about YOUR criminal history you will get to see how it feels to be judge on making a mistake in life. Remind us exactly when it was that you attained ABSOLUTE PERFECTION. You judge others and dont think of the consequences of doing so. YOU are not so perfect that YOU have never made a mistake. All you have done with this post is show EXACTLY how small mided and ignorant YOU REALLY ARE!! I hope you get enlightenment here.
