Order a computer from them on 3/6/03 they failed to mention monitor wasn't included. On 3/7/03 I canceled the order, was told I would be refunded my money in 30 days. It's been almost 90 days and still no refund.
Called customer service keep getting excuses like you'll have your refund on such and such day. Or its being processed, keep getting run around from them.
I call them almost every other day and sent them three e-mails to which I haven't receive a reply.
