These people are going down fighting they still have a website and still are taking in suckers. I fought them with the help of Au Pauga of the Consumers Protection Agency (who told me about the bankrupcy) now I have until march 4 to file a "Proof of Claim" to see if I can get my money back.
My case was simple. The contract I had with Epenzio stated that Epenzio was going to provide 1)A merchant account 2)website 3)transaction system (intelipay). I contended that Epenzio did not live up to their part of the deal as they did not provided anything for the $89.95 I was paying every month. In truth I was paying Pacific Webworks for the website ($20.00 Dlls. a month)and I as paying first national aka bridgport bank for the transaction system $25.00 Dlls. a month. My point was that if I was already paying Epenzio for all those services why did I have to cough up an extra $45.00 Dlls. The rippoff was clear, Epenzio was making everybody believe that because I was "getting" services from Pacific Webworks and from First national they had provided their end of the deal, where in truth I was paying double for services Epenzio had to provide under the terms of the contract.
