On june 8th epanzio changed its status of chapter 11 to chapter 7, in other words, they are untouchable. They not only took us for a ride, they also screwed the finance institucions like bridgeport, monterey and others. So expect to receive a lot of calls from them if you use them to finance your web bussines, they are trying to minimise their loses by collecting from the debtors. Stop paying right now! to learn about how to protect yourself against these unscrupulous "debt collectors" first go to the Federal Trade Commission web site and download the PDF file on "Fair Debt Collection Practices Act" (FDCPA)learn it and memorize it if you can, it is very important to know that you can sue those companies for calling you and harrazing you as it is against the law.

For more help you can also go to the "creditinfocenter" (one word)website and load yourself up with the tools to stop those flim flam artist. They do not call me anymore and that is great to know, you can also sue the credit info companies for running reports on you as it is against the law to publisize info that is in dispute. Knowledge is power, arm your selves!

Thanks for this updated info, Victor as I was wondering what transpired at that hearing on June 8th. Need to know as to what this all means...for those of us who filed and are expecting some sort of $$$ compensation/refund, does this mean that we will get nothing or what? Thanks for answering!~Janet~
