Global web sold me websites and said in order to make money, I neede a merchant account. I bought the websites(which were given away free at the time) and bought the lease on a merchant account from Epenzio(ECommerce at the time) who used LeaseComm to finance the 69.95 a month payments. I was not successful in bringing anyone to my websites and Global web tried to sell me a package to teach me how to get traffic for $8000 with no guarantees to get business.

I then realized I did not need the merchant account and tried to cancel but was past the 3 day cancellation. I would never have bought the account if I had known how impossible it was to get traffic to a website. I never used the merchant account and I tried to get Epenzio to cancel or settle for a reaonable amount. I have paid about 2 years of the 4 year lease and neither Epenzio or LeaseComm will let me out of the contract. I tried selling the contract and there are no takers. I recently found out tha the account can be bought for about half of what I paid.

It is unfair that they will not let me out of a contract which has never been used.

Hello Brad. Allow me to introduce myself. I am Fraud Hammer X and let me start by saying that what I have read in your recent rebuttals turns my stomach and makes me want to throw up on you! I guess its Hammertime for you, Brad! POW! Ouch! Does that hurt? Too bad! IT ONLY GETS WORSE!

People like you are modern day Music Men, only instead of staggering into small towns to shill the circus, you do your work in the banquest facilities of Ramada Inns and Red Lions of Anytown, USA. When you're through the only reminders of your presence are a half-eaten complimentary breakfast and hundreds of broken dreams.

I find it ironic that you come to the greatest website in the world to defend, no, tout your bogus website "business". I'll bet in your Ramada Inn presentations you stand up there with your little headset and your red suspenders and say things like "new paradigm" and "brick and mortar". Jeff Bezos you ain't, friend!

Usight.com features TWO testimonials from satisfied customers, plus a picture of a senior citizen who is probably your mother. Balance that against the DOZENS of complaints and rebuttals on this site alone about your company. I CHALLENGE YOU TO LINK TO THESE REPORTS FROM YOUR "TESTIMONIAL" PAGE IF YOU'RE REALLY INTERESTED IN THE TRUTH!

If you're truly interested in redemption and are still keen on helping citizens with an online company, I recommend you stop using the RipOff Report to shill for your company and start looking at this website and how it deploys the truth to achieve justice!

The truth about Manny's contracts

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

Wed, February 05, 2003

Upon reading Mannys complaint, I am confused as to why he feels that ePenzio did not fulfill the terms of the contracts that were signed between them.

In his letter, Manny admits the following:

1. He purchased everything at a Global Web Seminar.

2. Manny admits that he had a hard time driving people to his Website.

3. Manny makes no claims that his Internet Payment Gateway or Merchant Account were not established as per the contracts he signed with ePenzio (E-Commerce Exchange)

4. Manny feels that his account with Leasecomm should be cancelled, but the only reason that Manny has for feeling this way is because he has never used the Internet Payment Gateway. I have purchased several items that I have never used, tools, software, electronic items, Spa Memberships, etc. Should I be able to return these at any time I want just because I havent used them?

ePenzios contractual requirements to Manny were to deliver an Internet Payment Gateway and a Merchant Account. It is obvious that these were delivered.

Manny has no one to blame but himself if he did not make many sales. Did he list his website with all of the Search Engines? What was he selling? Did he do any market research to see if his product(s) were in demand? ePenzio was NOT Mannys business partner in this endeavor. It appears to me that ePenzio fulfilled their portions of the contracts they had with Manny.

ePenzio has had numerous customers sell their Internet Payment Gateway systems to new owners and relieve themselves of their responsibilities for their contracts. I am confident that someone as skilled and talented as Manny obviously is, should have no problem finding someone to buy his Internet Gateway Transaction System.

Sincerely,

Respond to this Report!
