Was told that I would receive a free two-week trial of the product, and then be enrolled in an automatic reorder program that can be cancelled at any time.

What happened is I received a small jar that lasted two weeks and then later charged $97 back in early December. Again I see a bank charge for $ 97 for another jar which I have not recieved. So I have paid $97 twice now for a two- week supply and have only received the 'trial' offer that I was charged for. I called and confirmed that was correct the trial offer could be cancelled within two weeks and I was charged for the trial offer.

I cancelled my future orders and was offered 35% off and then 50% off and they argued with me about cancelling and I just kept saying I just want to cancel.
