EPHARMACIST.COM,PRESCRIPTIONBILLING.COM ripoff GOOD COMPANY GONE BAD Daytona Beach Florida
I had bad experience with epharmacist.com in april,2005. I ordered a product and they sent wrong order, I called them and they said keep it and they would deduct $30.00 off amount or fedex would come back to pickup and they would send corrected order. fedex came to pickup 7 days later and i never received corrected product or credit ($165.00) to my credit card. i have tried numerous times to contact them,email,phone and to no avail. my credit card company is investigating and i still cannot get in contact with epharmacist.com or prescription billing.com. how could this company that was rated so high for a online pharmacy get away with this? #791032106905

Upon further investigating (because I am sick and tired of these scam artists) epharmacist.com, I found a few more things. One, is that one of their numbers has been disconnected. Great customer service,right? That number is 1-866-384-3687. Their new number, with the picture of a friendly lady waiting for your call, is 1-877-479-2455. This is a bogus line. Nobody ever answers. Just a continuous answering machine message. Keep in mind when you look at all these internet pharmacy websites, there are actually only a few companies. They go by dozens upon dozens of names and numbers but are actually one of about 3 or 4 companies, and most are in Florida. Hope this helps somebody out!!

I'm sorry you had such a bad problem with this fraudulent company. But let me suggest before doing business with a company, go to BBB.com This is the Better Business Bureau. I looked up epharmacist and found that they have an 'unsatisfactory record'. Good luck.
