EPIC GAMES With no customer service phone number, they keep emailing me about a gift card I'm trying to redeem for my son's Fortnite. There was a mix up with my email. They keep make me jump through hoops, actually requested my IP address, tell me they know how to fix the problem, but still won't transfer the cash purchase of points after 3 weeks of emails.
It is impossible to contact them any other way, and they are fully capable of rectifying the situation, but won't.
