Epic Games-Fortnite Refused to reinstate or refund game products deleted by 9 year old disabled son

My 9 year old grandson who is disabled (CP) was having trouble with his fortnite game glitching and freezing up on him so without consulting an adult he deleted the game and tried to set up a new account only to find out all his purchases had been deleted.

His mother found out about this and e-mail Epic Games and asked them to reinstate of refund him the over 300.00 that had been spent on the game. She was told they couldn't or wouldn't do anything about it but that he could reinstall the game for free like everyone else.

She is a single Mom and doesn't have money to purchase new skins most of his purchases where gifts from Grandparents. Epic Games customer service is a joke they don't care about anything but money not about making things right.
