Complaint Review: EPIC ROOFING Owned by Lynn Sutton

Mr. Lynn Sutton owner of EPIC Roofing is fast talking. He won't submit you a written quote. He will demand that you give him the entire check that the insurance has awarded for your claim even if it includes more than roofing repair work. He will write your estimate from the insurance claim to equal the full amount so he can collect the entire check. The contract you sign has in fime print that if you try to cancel you will be charged 2,000. He then tells you that a Lien will also be placed against your property if you try to cancel. Mr. Sutton tries to tell you that his company will assist in getting your claim approved. Don't believe him. He nor any of his employees know anything about claim approval. They stand around when your adjuster come out and they do nothing but wait to hear how much you are awarded. This is illegal and unethical on so many levels. Buyer beware!
