EPICLEAR, EPICLEAR-HAD TO CANCEL CREDIT CARD TO STOP FUTURE SHIPMENTS Internet
This company is crazy.They have you call their number 800 -432 -3117 only to be told to call another number 888-434-3190 which is a male enhancement ad.Then you are listening to this message over and over for over 20 min.and no one picks up to help you.you are forced to listen to this message and at no time does it let you know about epiclear products.this is definitly a tactic to get you to hang up and not let you cancel your product that you don't even know if you have the right number.
thankfully i didn't ask my 17 yr old son to call and cancel the epiclear product.can you imagine a 17 yr old listening to an ad for male enhancement products instead of acne products.this company should be banned from marketing to teenagers,and forced to give a direct number to epiclear and not other products that are being sold thru them.
I literally had to cancel my credit card to stop future shipments.NUTS!!!One more thing when you do go to epiclear"s website when you click onto customer service link it doesn"t work.I tried several times .
