My husband ordered a so called free trial sample of Epiclear which they really charged $12.95. Then a week or two later our bank account was charged $164.90 and then a couple of days later we receive a box of Epiclear products and a bill for Auto Ship program.

We called the company and they said we should have cancelled thirty days before and once they send it too bad. My husband said specifically he didn't want anymore products and they shipped it anyway. How can you cancel it when you dont know they are going to send it and charge you before you get it? It is a ripoff!! Then customer service or Eddie- hung up on my husband because they said he was verbally abusive. Please!!
I contacted the Human Resource Director which just happens to be one of the companys founders wifes.. how convienient, but she still refuses to refund. I also told her about the complaints I saw online and she basically said we have millions of customers so what is a hundred complaints?

So I contacted the BBB, the Attorney General's office and I will get my money from these Scam artists and RIP OFF COMPANY!!!

Christy, I believe that you are just like the others who had typed in a complaint about my company. First, you didn't call to cancel on time. Second, you must not have looked over the literature that came with the first bottle before you threw it out. This is not the companies fault. To be honest with you, we do recieve some customers that do not use a nice manner on the phone when they are calling to resolve something. They get very upset an swear at the employee. This, I believe, your husband probably did. If you do not take the iniciative to call and cancel before the bottles are sent, then why should we refund your money? It is your responsibility, as a consumer, to call on time. We clearly explain this over the phone before you purchase the first bottle. Oh, and the first bottle is free. You do not pay one penny for the bottle but you do have to pay the post office to ship it to you. It is clearly stated in the advertisements that you do pay shipping and handling. So, if you didn't pay attention to the ad, the phone call, or the paperwork that came with your bottle, that is not our fault. That is clearly yours.
