Complaint Review: epil-stop roll on

I tried the roll on for the first time on my face.I fallowed the directions like the box said, but was very upset with the results. Not only did it not remove all th ehair but it burned my face as well. I also used it on arm pits and could not even put arms down it was so painful. I havent slept well since i did it and its going on 3 days now. And now that ive started yto remove hair on my face i have to keep doing it , but because of the excrusiating pain i dont want to use epil-stop any more. But what other choice do i have. My husband is very upsat as well . He found it on the shelf at the store. I am in so much pain its un describable. Please beware they dont tell you it might hurt.
