I bought Epila Laser Hair Removal Product online through Paypal, tried it out, did not like it, so contacted the company to obtain information about returns. It took them over a week to respond to my emails, and they only did after I informed them that I reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

I returned the product with all required information, as almost new, and have subsequently contacted the company about four times via email. I have received no response, and needless to say my money has not been refunded although I returned the product about 8 weeks ago. They owe me $200 USD.

Hi:

I posted also about the Epila product. I filed reports with paypal, ic3 (internet crime org), bbb and finally I sent a certified letter to Epila via their domain registrar outlining all the reports I had filed against them. While they still have not responded to my emails...I received a full refund, including shipping, just days after I sent the certified letter. Send letter to:
