The Epinions managers run scams to gain new members, who they then use for advertising revenue purposes. They claim to have a cummunity oriented site - but in reality it is a Neo-n**i type operation they use for their personal benefit. They promise the members payment for their reviews, but then only pay the member reviewers as they see fit and not based on the Internet hits - as they claim they will pay. The only true hit they pay on is the one they put on you as a member - once they tire of you. Avoid the place, and know them for the liars and thieves they are. RIP
