This company or companies (Im not sure which it is at this point) called my husband on October 9, 2007 saying they were with visa and had free gas and shopping spree vouchers for him. He is very naive and said he would love them and gave them our information. Vouchers never came but soon after we started getting charges from Epiphany unlimited long distance, LeisurePlus, ValuePlus, and Savings2go. All at various charges, each once a month. Its been going on for months but I just caught it yesterday. The total I was able to find that they had charged was 317.30 but I couldn't see past November on my account so I'm sure there are more. The numbers for each of these companies were on my statement. I called each one saying I didn't want whatever it was, that we never signed up for it, and that I wanted a refund. They all after some convincing said they would issue refunds and one person
mentioned that they get their info from Epiphany Worldwide. I looked them up and only find bad things. Well, today my husband got a call from an 866 number. He let it go to voicemail. They left a message saying they were Stonebridge??? Calling about refunding $300 and to help him with any other of their services. $300 is not even the full amount so I'm hoping they were just rounding it up. I want every penny back. I also hope that they actually do what rhey say they will. Regauedless none of this should be happening. My account was charged over draft fees because of them. We can't afford to deal with this. I hope these people get sued. This is crazy.
