Epoch.com Continue charging after cancellation Marina Del Rey Internet
The account in question was canceled on 11/13/2007. I was charged again on 12/11/2007 for $26.98. They claim not to have a record of my conversation of a cancellation. I spoke with one of their customer service persons and was abruptly hung up on. They refuse to refund the amount of 26.98, which is the amount that was charged.
