Epoch.com They keep billing my credit card for 38.41 a month after I've tried canceling many times. CPCINC*EPOCH.COM California Internet
After I've tried many times by phone - their number I had to get looking for them online, to get them to terminate my account which is being billed 38.41 a month. I just keep getting billed every month like clock work. I don't know how to make them stop. I feel like it's worse than flushing money down the toilet.

It looks like the stuff you pasted into the header of your complaint includes your phone number and a bunch of other numbers that might include your credit card number. Did you intend to publish that stuff? Or is it the company's phone number?
Back to your question...if these guys don't like to be contacted then just reverse the charges on them. Let your credit card company deal with their nonsense.

It looks like the stuff you pasted into the header of your complaint includes your phone number and a bunch of other numbers that might include your credit card number. Did you intend to publish that stuff? Or is it the company's phone number?
Back to your question...if these guys don't like to be contacted then just reverse the charges on them. Let your credit card company deal with their nonsense.
