Epoxytech Unresponsive, had to dispute with Paypal to get a refund Pennsylvania & Florida Internet
I made a purchase on 5/16 and there product came up in a few spots, I was told that I needed pictures of the install to obtain a warranty..... Total BS. There were a couple of spots that needed to be repaired so I bought a touch up kit 16 months later. I purchased from this company on 9/2/17 and called after a week to track the progress of my order. I left numerous voicemails, and emails in addition to reaching out on live chat. I never received a response. I also placed an order on EBay and there was 0 contact made by the seller.
