Eppicard Indiana Child Support Debit Card, Xerox Nationwide
In February of 2016 my Indiana child support debit card was stolen by someone at Drive and Shine in South Bend Indiana. As I only use the card a few times a month, I did not notice until I went to pull money off in March. I INSTANTLY called the police and filed a report. Not only that, but I started my own little investigation and called around to local businesses where the card was used. I knew who had used the card before the police did!! Within DAYS the first suspect not only confessed, but was processed by our local police department.
About a month later another person was charged as well. Denise B. In the fraud services department at Xerox/Eppicard sent a letter (this after me having to reopen the case TWICE) stating that there were inconsistencies in my story and they did not believe fraud had occurred. Hello!!! You had police reports!!! What more do these people need??? To say I'm livid would be an understatement. They may not care that it was only a few hundred dollars but I do care. I have tried contacting them and they say to file a police report, which I already have! I do not understand how fraud could not have occurred. This is ridiculous!!
