Eproauction FRADULENT CHARGES, RUDE, SHAM, DISHONEST BILLING Orem Utah
I signed up their "FREE TRIAL" and knew that after the trial period that I would be charged $49.99. I cancelled before that time period was up. I learned that they billed me the $49.99 regardless of my cancellation.
They have been billing me $49.99 since November, 2006. I don't know what to do. I can't afford to have my money stolen like this.
I have tried to call them repeatedly. I have encountered phone number changes, RUDE, RUDE, RUDE, customer service reps, not being able to speak with supervisors, told that their system was down and to call back Monday.
These bad people working for this bad company owe me $ 199.99. It will be $49.99 more if I don't do something. March will make it a grand total of $249. 95. Remember, I cancelled in Nov, 2006.

You must realize that you are not dealing with normal people. You are dealing with greedy sociopaths. This is no accident they never intended to let you cancel no matter how many times you call. They already have your Credit Card number and as long as it is good they will continue to bill monthly no matter what you do, no matter how many times you call. You must now cancel your Credit card, and actually change banks to prevent them from billing you. If you do not do this they will continue.
