EPS claims to be a company that allows high risk merchant accounts.  for this their fees are higher but for my type of business that is what I needed. 

I have been with them for three years running the same business and somewhere along the line they switched my gateway processor to authorize.net who does not allow my type of transactions.

I then receive an e-mail after going into my fourth year of business that authorize.net will be shutting down my account. 

EPS feels this has nothing to do with them and still wants me to give them a 90 day cancellation fee and pay $239 for the 3 months of fees they charge ( even though....I have no ways of collecting payment on my website since they switched me to a company that does not allow my type of transactions YET that is why I chose EPS from the beginning. 

Their customer service to handle this situation is the worst I have ever dealt with.  no wonder they are not registered with the BBB.

Horrible Company, Horrible Service, Dishonest with contracts, dishonest with everything!
