EPS90 Round Rock, Texas
Ryan Payne came to my shop around January 2011 and told me about EPS 90. I was skeptical about signing any contracts. He said the contract could be terminated after 3 months which was a lie. I find out I signed a non-cancel-able contract for 48 months. Many of the pages could not be read. He seemed honorable so I trusted him. I filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau to try to mediate this situation. There reply was it was all my fault. I should have not signed this contract if I did not want to enter into this agreement. Every response from them was an arrogant denial, and it was always my fault. No attempt to reconcile this. Regular honorable sales people, tell you in truth about what it is you are signing. Nothing is hidden. While it is true, contracts should be scrutinized, for a sales person to lie, and not inform of key points in the contract is deceptive and dishonorable act. I would have no return customers if I treated them, the way I was treated by this Company. When I see videos on Youtube from EPS 90 about this service they provide, I laugh at the totally opposite way they portray them selves. I would like to get other victims of EPS 90 together if possible, to file law suite against this company. I have two law firms as clients I could contact about this. Any law firm interested in taking this case please contact me. Other parties interested being involved, or just wish to share their experience with this company would be appreciated.

You posted your complaint twice and I'm the only one to respond, so to validate your claim just answer the questions.

"Many of the pages could not be read."
Why couldn't you read the entire contract?
"I would like to get other victims of EPS 90 together if possible, to file law suite against this company."
Are you prepared to prove that they failed to honor their obligations of the signed agreement?
