We purchased a puppy on line from Danielle in June of 2006, he showed up sick with Pneumonia, which ended up with us taking him to the vet in the middle of the night. Danielle did pay a partial payment on this visit. He has had ongoing problems, with Pnuemonia, cherry eye and numerious eye infections.

The whole reason for our complaint today is the issue of papers for our puppy, we were guaranteed papers for him, which we have never received. After numerous phone calls and emails to Daniell, still no papers. I even requested the information on the breeders so I could do some legwork, still no response.

I suggest that anyone that comes into contact or has had an experience with Danielle contact their local authorities, Texas authorities, the better business bureau as well as the ICP (FBI), the AKC and FCI, as we have. Let's make sure that Danielle is not making money on goods that she cannot guarantee.

Criminal Action

#2Consumer Suggestion

Fri, January 12, 2007

After reading your complaint, and coming from the law enforcement community, it sounds to me that Danielle sold you this dog with intent to never provide you with the papers. If this is the case, this would constitute Fraud, which is a criminal matter to be reported to your local authority. Since this is an internet crime you may be able to pursue federal charges as well as state and local.

I also recommend you file complaints with the Texas Attorney General's Office, California Department of Consumer Affairs, as well as filing complaints with every Kennel Club she has posted on her website (I don't think they would like knowing they are be represented by a fraudulant "dealer").

I also find it strange that she has replied to the other posted complaints, but not yours. Check your original complaint to confirm the info is correct so she is receiving copies of your complaints.

GOOD LUCK!
