EQ Entertainment E.Q.E. Millan Sur Will not pay an owed money, Bad ethics in not paying for time Santa Monica, California
Millan Sur of E.Q.E. EQ Entertainment refuses to pay for time of services. After trying to looking into the company via the web address on her business cards. www.eqe.com. This isn't even her company, this company is not located in Santa Monica but in Houston, Tx. Even more into the deception www.eqe.com is a risk management company. So, the web address was a lie.
Her office is a virtual office. Which means she doesn't even have a real office. But, pretends to be a big entertainment production company. Google the business address & this suite number is a virtual office center. Which means she pays to look like she has an office.
If you see any ads for reality show casting or any casting BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!

SoCalPrint designed the business cards uploaded on the ripoff report. I chose to move in a another direction with an understanding that I would only pay if I approved of the designs. Jason of Socalprint wanted to be compensated for his time in spite of the verbal agreement. I accept responsibility that there was a misunderstanding. Jason sent me invoices everyday where the amount kept getting higher- 1st invoice was $20 all the way to the final $65 I believe before I just paid it. I compensated him fully for the final invoice he sent. Attached are the email correspondences with Jason. Jason was compensated, we are legitimate company with a real company space and continuing to expand. We will not ever work with Jason of SoCalPrint now or in the future but we wish him the best and no ill will. Misunderstandings happen but even after Jason was overly compensated for his time and we did not use his designs and made kind requests to take down the unsubstantiated ripoff posting, our requests went ignored so we have no choice but to post a rebuttal.

Hi Jason,
I just took care of the latest invoice you sent-- this is for the time you spent on revision of designs. I'm in the process of starting a business and navigating through the best way- my objectives have changed in wanting quick and dirty business cards fast to investing in a whole branding, new company name, company logo, design etc. and getting it right. I'm sorry you were negatively affected by my shift in direction and goals. I hope you will accept my apologies-- now that I'm getting what I really want accomplished in terms of design and website etc, I am able to go back and address this outstanding issue with you without freaking out that you were trying to take advantage of me. I believe you were coming from a place of being generous and fair running your business and I was coming from a freaking out place starting my own trying to do the best I can.
Truly wish you the best,

Hello Jason,
Hope all is well with you. Our company will soon be launching- www.eqinteractivemedia.com and I want ask you about something you posted online-- we are a real company and not a virtual office- as a matter of fact in our same office space is Twitter and many other companies including ours.
There was no way for you to know about our company at the time of your post so I understand your reasons for posting. In the light of me compensating for your time from your latest invoice and the fact that we are a real company, would you consider taking down the post? I would really appreciate it.
Please let me know, Best regards,
