my next door neighbor in a small mobil home cummity took his mobil home off his property and split. he left the lot a complete mess and a health hazzard; dead animals, trash, skirting, plumbing, etc.

i tracked through deed records at county office. equicredit was the lender. i called equicredit customer service department 8002588602 to try and get the lot cleaned up and to let them know what had happened. the first person i talked to never let me even talk 60 seconds and just hung up on me. i called back, by the way it took 30 minits each time to get to a person. when i spoke to the second service rep i ask to speek to a supervisor i was put on hold. every three minits someone picked the phone then put me back on hold after they did this 14 times i knew no one was going to talk to me.

i then dialed the florida office not a 800 number 5 transfers later i was given a number to salt lake city utah. 3 transfers later i was given a number in Penn. and the name chander huff i called her and her supervisor no call back.

i would have bought the lot if they would have called back. as far as the missing mobil home, yes i know where it is but i will just forget it and just sue them to clean up the lot.
