Equifax Can't get fraud alert removed. Johns Creek GA

I have been trying to get my Fraud alert removed for the past 7 weeks. I called Credit Freeze customer service at 888-298-0045 and have spent over 40 hrs to resolve this issue. After spending 3 hrs, they finally told me all freezes and alerts have been removed. 

I went to the bank I work at and tried to open an account, but cannot pull any information. I am in the process of refinancing my mortgage but I can't because of this idiots. I called them on Monday, July 1, 2019, the system is under maintenance and called today July 07, 2019, the system is under maintenance. 

Wrote an email to Dan Adams their President of Consumer Affairs no reply. Folks sent this buffoon emails. His email is dann.adams@equifax.com
