Complaint Review: Equimax Investments Pty Ltd

Made purchase of 52 MT Of cashews, visited their offices, and then returned to South Africa. where the STORIES started!

After i was promised delivery within 5 days, i was told after 2 weeks the trucks has been burnt and was sent false photos. when ireverse google image searched them and confronted them i was told now the drivers of the trucks had stolen the stock and it was out of their control. I repeatedly asked for copies of "SUPPOSED" insurance documents only to be ignored. Was Told CEO Mayavi Poul from Equimax Investments Limited in Dar Es Salaam that i could not get a refund, they could now all of a sudden not send stock as they had none and i was to simply accept that i HAVE NO CHOICE but to wait 4 months while they dissapear with my money and pretend ill get the stock in October. I paid a 40% deposit on 52 MT, All staff now ignore my message the CEO says if i come to tanzania he WILL NOT SEE ME !.

Despite having a contract with non performance and clear clause saying funds should be returned after 30 days of non delivery, they continue to ignore me and have no intention of returning my money or sending ay stock !!

They have destroyed my business and my reputation with my clients as im now unable to deliver on their orders and im financially in ruin !!

DO NOT BUT FROM EQUIMAX INVESTMENTS , THEY WILL CHEAT YOU AND STEAL YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE YOUR STOCK !!!! Lost Over $80,000 lost !!! BEWARE !!!
