I ordered some tack for my horse.
After trying it on,I realized it was to big. I e-mailed the company,for a approval code to return it.They answered my query right away,and gave me the code to send back with the tack. I mailed it back,via USPS.(including a copy of the e-mail communication.) After a couple of weeks,I e-mailed to see if it was received alright... Nothing.

Then I called,&left a message(no real person ever answered.) I called quite a few times,with no response.

Then after a few weeks of no response at all. I felt totally screwed..160 Dollars,or so. They stole my money.
