Complaint Review: Equinox Beauty creams

I ordered & received 2sample bottles of Equinox cream , which arrived with no paperwork in early September. On 26 th September my credit card account was charged £95 & £85, which I had NOT authorised! This was not mentioned in the original  i rang the credit card company but they could not cancel it or refund the money. The number given against the item turned out to be a phone number. I spoke to a an American sounding man who was extremely difficult to understand, & who made me spell out  everything at least once & often twice.after much argument, & unintelligible reasons, he said he would send me an email cancelling my "account", & refund the money. Needless to say, nothing has happened. What do I do next? This is obviously a deliberate cheat, an easy way for a crook to take money from those who can'afford it!!
