Dr OZ TV show telling of skin care products they suggest to go online for a free samples. Done and pyd $4.95 for ship and hand. 2 weeks later account debited for $99. on product name as Equinox. Never ordered, never heard of product and never received any product called Equinox. Will not refund the $99. from my account.

Each time I called I got the same person answering name was Victor spoke very broken english says he is the Supervisor.
