Complaint Review: Equinox

Equinox Website offered products free - only pay shipping charges. They billed me $93.00 and $99.00. When I called, they advised me i had signed up for automatic shipment. Nowhere on their website did it show I was signing up for automatic shipment. Bluffdale Utah

On January 25, 2015, I ordered some wrinkle cream advertising free shipment trial and only had to pay for shipping.  If I decided to keep it, I could order more.  I did not order any more, but they have charged my credit card twice for the same products plus shipping costs.  I called them today and talked with a "Brunet" and complained.  He then proceeded to tell me I had signed up for automatic shipment (which I did not) and further told me that I had not cancelled within the 30 day period.  Therefore, they billed me for the original shipment and sent out another one (which I have not received) and charged my credit card $$107.00 which is now pending with my credit card company.  I called my credit card company and they have "flagged" my card to not allow any more charges to my credit card.

This is a rip-off because they don't disclose any agreement on their website.
