Complaint Review: Equinoxbeauties

 Late January 2012, I purchased an internet Yahoo sponsored ad for a 'limited supply' offer of Equinox anti aging cream and RVTL anti aging cream as a gift for my daughter Shawn, from the internet price of 4.95 using my debit bank card to pay. Two weeks later I got a package of Equinox and the RVTL. However, my suspicians were aroused when in early  March I received a duplicate a supply of the Equinox serum and RVTL anti aging cream.  

 My checking account had been debited, 99.00 - 93.00 - 95.00 - and 99.95 plus the 4.95 for shipping. My banker was able to provide me with 4 phone numbers: One for each shipment. 855 531-7965  877 880-7729 - 844 614-7078 & 877 316-1859; and asked me to call and have the orders cancelled.  She also put in a 'fraud' report and changed my debit account.

I called the 855, number and spoke to a Roger Hall, (not well spoken person) who upon answering the phone addressed me by my daughter's name, Shawn Marie Feliciano. Needless to say I was irate and accused him, them of misrepresentation, fraud, swindle, and several other adjectives. According to 'Hall' and unsbeknow to me, this was an agreement I had made and the orders were ongoing. I reinded him that I had never signed any agreement, never got a confirmation or invoice of any kind, nor was there any correspondance of their fraudulent act.

I offered to return all the product to which Hall suggested verbally and in an email he sent me that I should keep the product and he would reduce the the price down to 1/2. Still too much for a retired teacher to gift a daugher.
